Robert A. Katz
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Katz was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2006. Mr. Katz was appointed a director of the Company in June 1996 and until his appointment as chief executive officer, Mr. Katz had been designated by the Board as Lead Director and served as a member of the Company's compensation and audit committees. Since 1990 until his appointment as the Company's CEO, Mr. Katz had been associated in various capacities, including a Senior Partner of Apollo Management, L.P. Mr. Katz is a director of the Vail Valley Foundation.

Jeffrey W. Jones
Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jones was appointed Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2006. Mr. Jones had previously been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to the Company in November 2003. He originally joined the Company in September 2003, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vail Resorts Development Company. From 1999 to 2003 Mr. Jones served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clark Retail Enterprises, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois. From June 1998 to June 1999, Mr. Jones was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Lids Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Jones is a member or the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a director and chairman of the audit committee of iPCS, Inc.

Fiona E. Arnold
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Ms. Arnold was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel in June 2007. Ms. Arnold joined the company as Deputy General Counsel in 2006. From 2003-2006, Ms. Arnold served as Associate General Counsel for Western Gas Resources, Inc. in Denver, Colorado and from 2001-2003 she served as Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs and Assistant General Counsel for Crown Media Holdings, Inc., also in Denver. Prior to that position, Ms. Arnold was an Associate at the firm Jones Day in the Dallas, Texas office, where from 1998 she practiced securities and transactional law. Ms. Arnold commenced her legal career in Australia in 1993.

Mark Gasta
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. Gasta was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2008. He was formerly the Corporate Vice President of Organizational Development for Comcast Communications with responsibility for increasing the company’s performance through the development of employee talent. Prior to that position, Mark served as divisional vice president of human resources for the western region with responsibility for 15,000 employees.  Mark is currently finishing his PhD in Organizational Development and has been an adjunct professor for the MBA program at the University of Denver.

Robert N. Urwiler
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Urwiler was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in July 2006. He is a 20-year veteran of corporate information technology management and most recently was Senior Vice President and Chief Information officer of Macromedia where he led all aspects of global IT including business application delivery, technology infrastructure management, web and eCommerce engineering and product hosting. In addition to IT, Mr. Urwiler was also responsible for leading Macromedia's worldwide Customer Care organization. From 1999-2002, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Peregrine Systems. Prior to Peregrine Systems, Mr. Urwiler served in IT leadership roles at Scientific-Atlanta and Sprint and was a management consultant at Price Waterhouse.

Nanci N. Northway
Vice President of Internal Audit

Ms. Northway was named Vice President of Internal Audit in November 2005. Prior to this position, Ms. Northway served as Vice President and Controller of Vail Resorts since March of 1998. Previously, Ms. Northway served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Booth Creek Ski Holdings Inc. in California. Prior to joining Booth Creek, Ms. Northway was Director of Finance and Administration for the Fibreboard Resort Group, which formerly owned three California ski resorts.

Vice President and Controller
Mr. Schoppet was appointed to the position of Vice President and Controller of Vail Resorts in November 2005. Before joining Vail Resorts as a consultant in January of 2004, Mr. Schoppet was Managing Partner of the Little Rock, Arkansas office of Arthur Andersen, and has more than 20 years of public accounting experience.

John McD. Garnsey
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Garnsey as appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Beaver Creek in May 1999. Prior to his position at Vail Resorts, Mr. Garnsey served as President of the Vail Valley Foundation from 1991 through April 1999. Mr. Garnsey joined the staff of the Foundation as Vice President in 1984. He served as the Executive Vice President for the 1989 World Alpine Ski Championships in Vail and Beaver Creek and headed the campaign to bring the 1999 World Championships back to the Vail Valley, serving as president of the organizing committee. Mr. Garnsey is President of the Beaver Creek Resort Company, the Bachelor Gulch Village Association and the Village at Arrowhead Association boards. Additionally, Mr. Garnsey is a Director of the Vail Valley Foundation and the The Vilar Center Foundation.

Mr. Carrig was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Heavenly Mountain Resort in September 2002. From July 1997 to August 2002, Mr. Carrig was the President and Managing Director for The Canyons in Park City, Utah. Prior to July 1997, he served as the Managing Director of the Sugarbush Resort in Warren, Vermont. Mr. Carrig had been at Sugarbush since 1976 in a variety of positions from Ski Patrol to Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Carrig serves on the Executive Board of the South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Board of Directors for the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority, the California Ski Industry Association and the Tahoe Baikal Institute, an international environmental organization.

Mr. Jarnot was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Vail in January 2008 having previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Vice President of Marketing and Sales since 2003. Mr. Jarnot has held numerous positions with Vail since 1989, including Director of Advertising and Direct Marketing, Director of Reservations, and Vice President of Marketing for Vail and Beaver Creek. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Specialty Sports Venture and the Beaver Creek Resort Company.

Patricia A. Campbell

Ms. Campbell was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Resort in November 2006. Ms. Campbell brings 21 years of expertise in the ski industry and extensive senior management experience. For the past six years, Ms. Campbell has been Director of Skier Services for Breckenridge Ski Resort, responsible for overseeing the departments of ski and ride school, ticket and product sales and guest service, among others. Prior to that position, Ms. Campbell served as Director of the resort's Ski and Snowboard School. She was Director of the Ski and Snowboard School for Grand Targhee Ski Resort in Alta, Wyoming from 1995-1999 and in various roles from Ski School Instructor to Assistant Ski School Director for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort from 1985-1995. Ms. Campbell serves as a member of the Board of the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center.

Ms. Kay was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Breckenridge Ski Resort in June 2007. Ms. Kay most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Breckenridge since 1991 and Keystone Resort was added to her oversight in 2003. Ms. Kay has more than 25 years of experience in the mountain resort industry. Ms. Kay is a board member of the Breckenridge Resort Chamber and a member of the Breckenridge Economic Development Committee, Colorado Ski Country USA Marketing Committee and various other Summit County community planning groups.

Keith A. Fernandez
President
Vail Resorts Development Company

Mr. Fernandez was appointed President in May 2006. Mr. Fernandez brings more than 28 years of experience in the real estate industry to the Company, having overseen the development of more than 800 single family homes, 800 apartment units, 850,000 square feet of commercial space and approximately 1,200 luxury condominium units with mixed-use retail space within each project. Since 1997, Fernandez had been President and Chief Operating Officer of Intracorp San Diego/Hawaii, part of a family of independent, privately held real estate development companies. Prior to joining Intracorp, Fernandez was affiliated with Molokai Ranch, Ltd. for four years, a major land owner/developer in Hawaii, and from 1985 to 1994, he had operated his own California-based development company, Wailoa Development.

Mr. Brekka was appointed Vice President of Development in November 2007. Mr. Brekka manages the Company's Vail, Beaver Creek, Jackson Hole and Heavenly developments. Prior to joining VRDC, he was Division Vice President of Development & Forward Planning for Shea Homes in San Diego from 2003-2007. Mr. Brekka was Vice President of Residential Development & Forward Planning for Intracorp in San Diego from 1998-2003. From 1986-2002, he held various senior management roles with The McMillin Companies, Fargo Industries Corp., Candlelight Development and Boka/Kelley/Markham Architects, designing and developing residential and resort development projects. Mr. Brekka is a registered architect.


Alex Iskenderian

Vail Resorts Development Company
Mr. Iskenderian was appointed Vice President of Development in 2003. Mr. Iskenderian manages the Company's Breckenridge and Keystone real estate developments. He joined the Company in 1997 and previously served as Vice President and General Counsel for Vail Resorts Development Company. Prior to joining VRDC, he practiced law at Otten, Johnson, Robinson, Neff and Ragonetti, a Denver law firm where he specialized in real estate development matters. Mr. Iskenderian serves on numerous Design Review Boards in Keystone and Breckenridge and is President of the Keystone Neighborhood Company.

Stanley D. Brown
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Vail Resorts Hospitality
Mr. Brown was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of RockResorts and Vail Resorts Hospitality in June 2007. Mr. Brown has more than 26 years of hospitality experience in locations throughout the world. His hospitality leadership career began in 1989 when he was appointed Resident Manager for Maui Marriott Resort in Lahaina, Maui. In 1994, he became General Manager for Jeddah Marriott in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and as General Manager for Saigon Marriott in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 1996. Further expanding his international scope, he was selected as General Manager for the Renaissance Sydney Hotel in 1998. From 2000 to 2005 he was Vice President of Pacific Islands and Japan for Marriott International, Inc. in Hawaii. Since 2006, Mr. Brown has been based in Hong Kong, serving as Vice President Asia, managing 50 hotels and resorts for Marriott International, Inc.

Grand Teton Lodge Company
Mr. Rutter was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Grand Teton Lodge Company in October 2002. Mr. Rutter had served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Resort since May 1997. In that position, Mr. Rutter oversaw the development of Keystone's extensive portfolio of ski terrain, lodging properties, golf courses and 100,000-square-foot conference center. From 1991 to 1997, he was Executive Vice President of Ski Operations for Ralston Resorts, Inc. From 1980 to 1991, he was Vice President of Ski Operations for Keystone Resort and Arapahoe Basin.
