to serve our guests natural meats and organic dairy products at restaurants and cafeterias across our five mountain resorts.

Over 450,000 lbs of natural meats, 215,000 pounds of organic cheese, butter and yogurt, plus 64,000 gallons of organic milk and cream will be served during the 2007-2008 winter season.

High Altitude Dining

Our Company owns or manages approximately 100 dining locations at our portfolio of mountain resorts and lodging properties. Restaurant venues range from AAA Four Diamond and Zagat rated fine dining restaurants to on-the-go café kiosks and serve millions of resort guests each year.

Alpenglow Stube
Perched 11,444 feet atop Keystone Resort's North Peak, the Alpenglow Stube is the highest gourmet restaurant in the country, offering breathtaking views of the Continental Divide. Guests reach the AAA Four Diamond and Wine Spectator award-winning restaurant by riding two enclosed gondolas from Keystone's River Run Village, either on foot, or via ski or snowboard. Complimentary slippers are provided near a roaring fire while award-winning chefs present culinary masterpieces such as roast duck breast and wood-grilled filet mignon. Alpenglow Stube boasts the most extensive wine, port and cognac list within a hundred miles and requires reservations daily for lunch and dinner.

Keystone Ranch
Experience fine dining in the rustic elegance of this original 1930's ranch homestead. The restaurant features lodge pole pine banisters, steps, railings, and vegas, with original wrought iron hinges on the doors. Dinner is a six course festival of innovative Colorado cuisine and wild game specialties. Plan to gather in the living room of thick-cushioned couches and floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace for desserts and after-dinner cordials. Keystone Ranch is repeatedly ranked by ZAGAT Survey as a top Colorado restaurant. It has been a recipient of the AAA Four Diamond award for every year since 1987, the DiRoNa Award for every year since 1990, and the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence since 1996.

Zach's Cabin
Zach's Cabin at Beaver Creek Resort was recognized by Wine Spectator magazine for a second year with a prestigious "Best Of" Award of Excellence. Zach's is one of 700 restaurants in the nation and one of three restaurants in the Vail Valley to earn this award. This 13,000-square-foot cabin is situated in a grove of aspen trees and offers breathtaking views of the Gore Range, vaulted ceilings, and a large stone fireplace. Accessible by a snowcat-drawn sleigh during the winter season, Executive Chef Tim McCaw offers an extensive a la carte menu and wine list.

Beano's Cabin

Beano's Cabin Executive Chef Steven Topple brings true Colorado flavor to high-altitude dining at Beaver Creek Resort. For more than a decade, Beano's has been a recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, DiRoNA award, AAA Four Diamond Awards and has earned top marks in the Zagat Survey. Those who take a starlit, snowcat-drawn sleigh ride to this on-mountain restaurant are rewarded with creative Colorado cuisine and dishes prepared with regional herbs, produce and meats. Beano's Cabin is open to the public for dinner with a multi-course, fixed-price menu and a new chef's five-course blind tasting menu is offered for the adventurous diner. 

Game Creek
Game Creek, Vail Mountain's finest on-mountain restaurant, offers exquisite seasonal cuisine in an elegant European style chalet. Situated on the slopes of Vail's Game Creek Bowl, non-skiing guests can access Game Creek via the Eagle Bahn Gondola, followed by a heated snowcat ride. Game Creek features stunning vistas and lunch and dinner menus including game and fresh seafood, an award winning wine list and warm hospitality from a professional service staff.

Two Elk Restaurant
Vail Mountain's flagship restaurant, Two Elk sits at 11,200 feet at the top of China Bowl and is gateway to the legendary Back BowlsTM and Blue Sky Basin. Two Elk features traditional American specialties in a grand setting with indoor seating for 1,300 and another 700 seats outdoors boasting spectacular mountain views. Skiers and snowboarders can enjoy hearty soups and chili, a fresh salad bar, delicious wraps, gourmet pizza, pasta and grilled items.

Lake View Lodge
Offering some of Lake Tahoe's most stunning vistas, Lake View Lodge caters to Heavenly's daily skiers and snowboarders and serves as a popular venue for year-round weddings and events. Lake View Lodge is accessible from Heavenly's iconic tram at the top of Gunbarrel run, 2,000 feet above Lake Tahoe. Lake View Lodge is open to the public daily during the ski season with cafeteria-style, bar menu and sit-down lunch service.

The Maggie
Located at The Village at Breckenridge base area near the Quicksilver Super6 Chairlift, the Maggie is a ski classic offering daily breakfast, lunch and live entertainment during the winter season. The Maggie specializes in barbecue and other hearty dishes and The Rock Bar at The Maggie is the most popular après-ski spot on the mountain at the end of each day.
