Real Estate Development

Vail Resorts Development Company (VRDC) is responsible for the real estate activities of our Company including the planning, oversight, marketing, infrastructure improvement and development of real property holdings near our resorts.

VRDC's development activities strategically benefit our Company's mountain and lodging operations by creating additional accommodations for our resort guests and improving the aesthetics of our base areas.

Creation of unique facilities and venues, including restaurants, retail and private club operations also provide new sources of recurring revenue and expand our property management and commercial leasing operations.

Current projects: Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail; One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort, Breckenridge; and Ever Vail, Vail.
