As part of our commitment to deliver Extraordinary Resorts, Exceptional Experiences, Vail Resorts has partnered with Coleman Natural & Horizon Organic to serve our guests natural meats and organic dairy products at restaurants and cafeterias across our mountain resorts.

Offering natural meats and organic dairy at our mountain resorts represents the first step in serving Good Food on a Grand Scale and our Company will look to convert additional menu items and ingredients to more natural and organic alternatives in the years to come.
