Robert A. Katz
Chairman of the Board of Directors for Vail Resorts and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Katz was named Chairman of the Board of Directors for Vail Resorts in March 2009, in addition to his position of Chief Executive Officer of Vail Resorts. Mr. Katz had originally been appointed a Director of the Company in June 1996 and was designated by the Board as Lead Director of the Company in June 2003. In February 2006, Mr. Katz was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Vail Resorts. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, Mr. Katz had been associated with Apollo Management L.P., a private securities and investment management firm, since 1990. Mr. Katz serves on the Board of Directors of the National Forest Foundation and the Vail Valley Foundation.

Jeffrey W. Jones
Co-President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jones was appointed Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2006 and was appointed to the Company's Board of Directors in June 2008 and was also appointed Co-President in January 2011. Mr. Jones originally joined the Company in September 2003 where he was named Chief Financial Officer. From 1999-2003, Mr. Jones served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clark Retail Enterprises, Inc. in Chicago, Ill. Prior to that, Mr. Jones served in various finance and accounting leadership positions. Mr. Jones is a member or the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Board of Directors for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.

John McD. Garnsey
Co-President
Mr. Garnsey was appointed Co-President of Vail Resorts in September 2008. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Beaver Creek since January 2008 and had served as Senior Vice President since 1999. Prior to his position at Vail Resorts, Mr. Garnsey served as President of the Vail Valley Foundation from 1991-1999. Mr. Garnsey joined the staff of the Foundation as Vice President in 1984. He served as the Executive Vice President for the 1989 World Alpine Ski Championships in Vail and Beaver Creek and headed the campaign to bring the 1999 World Championships back to the Vail Valley, serving as president of the organizing committee. In addition, he co-chaired the successful bid to bring the 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships to Vail and Beaver Creek. Mr. Garnsey serves on the Board of Directors of the National Ski Areas Association, the Vail Valley Foundation and The Vilar Center Foundation.

Blaise T. Carrig
Co-President
Mr. Carrig was appointed Co-President of Vail Resorts in September 2008. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Heavenly Mountain Resort since January 2008 and prior to that had served as Senior Vice President since 2002. From 1997-2002, Mr. Carrig was the President and Managing Director for The Canyons in Park City, Utah. Prior to 1997, he served as the Managing Director of the Sugarbush Resort in Warren, Vermont. Mr. Carrig had been at Sugarbush since 1976 in a variety of positions from Ski Patrol to President. Mr. Carrig has been active in the ski industry, having served on the boards of the Vermont Ski Area Association, Ski Utah and the California Ski Industry Association. Mr. Carrig currently serves on the Executive Board of the National Ski Areas Association, as well as the Board of Directors of the Tahoe Baikal Institute, an international environmental organization. He also serves on the Nevada Commission on Tourism.

Fiona E. Arnold
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Ms. Arnold was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel in June 2011. Ms. Arnold joined the company as Deputy General Counsel in 2006 and then became Senior Vice President and General Counsel in June 2007. From 2003-2006, Ms. Arnold served as Associate General Counsel for Western Gas Resources, Inc. in Denver, Colorado and from 2001-2003 she served as Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs and Assistant General Counsel for Crown Media Holdings, Inc., also in Denver. Prior to that position, Ms. Arnold was an Associate at the firm Jones Day in the Dallas, Texas office, where from 1998 she practiced securities and transactional law. Ms. Arnold commenced her legal career in Australia in 1993.

Mark R. Gasta
Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer

Mr. Gasta was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer in June 2011. He joined the company in January 2008 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. He was formerly the Corporate Vice President of Organizational Development for Comcast Communications with responsibility for increasing the company’s performance through the development of employee talent. Prior to that position, Mark served as divisional vice president of human resources for the western region with responsibility for 15,000 employees. Mark is currently finishing his Doctorate in Organizational Development and has been an adjunct professor for the MBA program at the University of Denver.

Robert N. Urwiler
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Urwiler was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer in June 2011. He joined the company in August 2006 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Urwiler is a 20-year veteran of corporate information technology management and most recently was Senior Vice President and Chief Information officer of Macromedia where he led all aspects of global IT including business application delivery, technology infrastructure management, web and eCommerce engineering and product hosting. In addition to IT, he was  responsible for leading Macromedia's worldwide Customer Care organization. From 1999-2002, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Peregrine Systems. Prior to Peregrine Systems, Mr. Urwiler served in IT leadership roles at Scientific-Atlanta and Sprint and was a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse.

Kirsten A. Lynch
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Lynch was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in June 2011. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, Ms. Lynch was with PepsiCo, where she was Chief Marketing Officer of Quaker Foods and Snacks Division from 2009-2011. There she led the brand marketing, consumer insights and shopper marketing organization for the $2 billion net revenue division to transform one of America’s most trusted brands into a health and wellness platform. From 2007-2009, she was Vice President of Marketing for Kraft Foods’ Cheese and Dairy Business Unit. Ms. Lynch had worked for Kraft Foods since 1996, holding various marketing positions for the company’s product divisions, including Senior Marketing Director of Kraft Mac & Cheese and Family Dinners, and Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager for product lines such as salad dressings, barbecue, DiGiorno Pasta & Sauce, and Miracle Whip.

Mark L. Schoppet
Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Schoppet was appointed Senior Vice President in April 2010. Prior to that, he was Corporate Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2009 and has served as Vice President and Controller since November 2005. Before joining Vail Resorts as a Consultant in 2004, Mr. Schoppet was Managing Partner of the Little Rock, Arkansas office of Arthur Andersen, and has more than 20 years of public accounting experience.

Christopher E. Jarnot
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Vail Mountain
Mr. Jarnot was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Vail in January 2008 having previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Vice President of Marketing and Sales since 2003. Mr. Jarnot has held numerous positions with Vail since 1989, including Director of Advertising and Direct Marketing, Director of Reservations, and Vice President of Marketing for Vail and Beaver Creek. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Vail Valley Foundation and Vail Valley Medical Center.

Patricia A. Campbell
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Breckenridge Ski Resort
Ms. Campbell was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in October 2008. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Resort since November 2006. Ms. Campbell brings 21 years of expertise in the ski industry and extensive senior management experience. For the past six years, Ms. Campbell has been Director of Skier Services for Breckenridge Ski Resort, responsible for overseeing the departments of ski and ride school, ticket and product sales and guest service, among others. Prior to that position, Ms. Campbell served as Director of the resort's Ski and Snowboard School. She was Director of the Ski and Snowboard School for Grand Targhee Ski Resort in Alta, Wyoming from 1995-1999 and in various roles from Ski School Instructor to Assistant Ski School Director for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort from 1985-1995. Ms. Campbell serves as on the Board of Directors of the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center.

Patricia Campbell

Doug Lovell
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Beaver Creek Resort
Mr. Lovell was appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Beaver Creek Resort in July 2010. Mr. Lovell had been Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Resort since October 2009. He moved over to Keystone from Beaver Creek in 2007 to become Director of Mountain Operations and then Vice President of Operations in 2008. Prior to his positions at Keystone, Lovell had been the Director of Mountain Operations for Beaver Creek since 2005. Lovell started at Beaver Creek in 1994 and held various operations positions ranging from Snowmaker Controller, Ski Patroller and Guest Services Supervisor before being promoted to Mountain Operations Manager at the resort. Prior to joining Beaver Creek, Lovell worked in marketing, sales and also financial planning in Denver, Boston and Loveland, Texas.

Bill Rock
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Northstar-at-Tahoe
Mr. Rock was appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Northstar-at-Tahoe in November 2010. He joined the Company from Intrawest’s Snowshoe Mountain Resort in W.V., where he was President and Chief Operating Officer since 2005. Mr. Rock also simultaneously had served as President of Intrawest Spain since 2009, overseeing operations of the Madrid SnowZone. From 2003-3005, Rock was Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Durango Mountain Resort in Colorado. He held several leadership positions in lodging and golf operations, human resources and sales at Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont from 1998-2003. Mr. Rock began his career in the mountain resort industry at Bristol Mountain Resort in Canandaigua, N.Y., directing marketing and sales for the ski resort from 1996-1998.

John Buhler
Vice President and General Manager
Keystone Resort
Mr. Buhler was appointed General Manager of Keystone Resort in July 2010. He had previously served as Director of Skier Services for Breckenridge Ski Resort since 2006. Prior to being named Director of Skier Services, Mr. Buhler held the positions of Ski and Ride School Manager, Assistant Director and Director from 1994-2006. Mr. Buhler has held other positions within the ski industry, including Ski School Director (1993-1994) and Assistant Ski School Director (1988-1992) at Mountain High Ski Resort in southern California and Assistant Ski School Director (1992-1993) of Bear Mountain in Big Bear, Calif. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Ski Instructors of America - Rocky Mountain Region.

John Buhler

Pete Sonntag
Vice President and General Manager
Heavenly Mountain Resort
Mr. Sonntag was appointed General Manager of Heavenly Mountain Resort in July 2010. He had previously been the Director of the Vail Snowsports School since 2009. From 2007-2009 he was Director of the Ski & Snowboard School for Beaver Creek Resort and from 2005-2007, Director of Skier Services at Keystone Resort. He held various positions within the Beaver Creek Ski & Snowboard School from Instructor to Adult Ski & Snowboard School Director from 1990-2003, and began his career with the Company in 1984 at the Beaver Creek Golf Club. Mr. Sonntag spent from 2003-2005 as Director of the Ski & Ride School for Copper Mountain Resort. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority, SOS Outreach and the California Ski Industry Association.
