Robert A. Katz
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
Rob is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vail Resorts. He has served as Chairman since March 2009.  He served as Lead Director from June 2003 until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in February 2006.  He has served on the board of directors of Vail Resorts since 1996 and has been involved with the Company since 1991. Prior to becoming the Chief Executive Officer, Rob was associated with Apollo Management L.P., a private equity investment firm, since its founding in 1990. Rob serves on the board of directors of the Vail Valley Foundation and has previously served on numerous private, public and nonprofit boards.

Blaise T. Carrig
President, Mountain Division
Blaise was appointed President of Vail Resorts in September 2008. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Heavenly Mountain Resort since January 2008 and prior to that had served as Senior Vice President since 2002. From 1997-2002, he was the President and Managing Director for The Canyons in Park City, Utah. Prior to 1997, Blaise served as the Managing Director of the Sugarbush Resort in Warren, Vermont where he had been since 1976 in a variety of positions from Ski Patrol to President. Blaise currently serves on the Executive Board of the National Ski Areas Association

Michael Z. Barkin
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Michael was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2013. He joined the Company in July 2012 as Vice President of Strategy and Development. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, Michael was a Principal at KRG Capital Partners, where he was a member of the investment team since 2006. Prior to KRG, he worked at Bain Capital Partners and Bain & Company. Michael currently serves on the board of trustees of the STRIVE Preparatory Charter School.

Patricia A. Campbell
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Breckenridge Ski Resort
Pat was appointed Executive Vice President in October 2013 and has been Chief Operating Officer at Breckenridge Ski Resort since October 2009. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Resort for three years. Pat joined the Company in July 1999 as the Director of Ski School at Breckenridge. She has more than 25 years of expertise in the ski industry and senior management, holding various roles from her start as a Ski School Instructor at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in 1985. She serves as a member of the board of the Summit Foundation and of the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center.

John M. Garnsey
President, Global Mountain Development
John was appointed President of Vail Resorts in September 2008. Prior to that, John was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Beaver Creek since January 2008 and he served as Senior Vice President since 1999. Prior to his position at Vail Resorts, John served as President of the Vail Valley Foundation from 1991-1999 and he joined the Foundation staff as Vice President in 1984. He served as the Executive Vice President for the 1989 World Alpine Ski Championships, headed the campaign to bring the 1999 World Championships back to the Vail Valley, and co-chaired the successful bid to bring the 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships to Vail and Beaver Creek. John serves on the board of directors of the National Ski Areas Association, of the Vail Valley Foundation, of The Vilar Center Foundation and of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation.

Mark R. Gasta
Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer
Mark was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer in June 2011. He joined the Company in January 2008 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, he worked for Comcast Communications as the Corporate Vice President of Organizational Development and Vice President of Human Resources for the west division. Additionally, Mark has held various human resources management positions with AT&T Broadband, Lexis-Nexis and Target Corporation. He also served in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer and aviator. Mark currently serves on the board of directors of the Colorado Outward Bound School and of Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics. He also serves on the University of Colorado Managing for Sustainability Advisory Council and the Colorado State University Master of Tourism Management Advisory Board.

Christopher E. Jarnot
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Vail Mountain
Chris was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Vail Mountain in January 2008 having previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Vice President of Marketing and Sales since 2003. He has held numerous positions with the Company since 1989, including Director of Advertising and Direct Marketing, Director of Reservations and Vice President of Marketing for Vail and Beaver Creek. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Vail Valley Foundation and of the Vail Valley Medical Center.

Kirsten A. Lynch
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Kirsten was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in July 2011. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, Kirsten was with PepsiCo, where she was Chief Marketing Officer of Quaker Foods and Snacks Division from 2009-2011. Prior to PepsiCo, Kirsten worked for Kraft Foods for 12 years in various positions including Vice President of Marketing for Kraft Foods’ Cheese and Dairy Business Unit and Senior Marketing Director for Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. She started her marketing career with Ford Motor Company.

Randall E. Mehrberg
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Randy joined the Company as Executive Vice President and General Counsel in December 2013. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, Randy was with Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG) where he was the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Development and President of PSEG Energy Holdings, which developed renewable energy solutions. Randy joined PSEG in 2008. Prior to PSEG, Randy served from 2000 to 2008 in various capacities at Exelon Corporation, including General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Exelon, he was a partner at Jenner & Block LLP, where he practiced from 1980 to 1993 and again from 1997 to 2000. From 1993 to 1997, Randy served as Lakefront Director and General Counsel for the City of Chicago’s Park District. He currently serves on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations including the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, the University of Michigan Law School, Millennium Park and the Lincoln Park Zoo.

Robert N. Urwiler
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Robert joined Vail Resorts as Chief Information Officer in August 2006. He is a 25-year veteran of corporate information technology management and prior to joining Vail Resorts, Robert was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Macromedia where he led all aspects of global IT including business application delivery, technology infrastructure management, web and eCommerce engineering and product hosting. In addition to IT, he was responsible for leading Macromedia's worldwide Customer Care organization. From 1999-2002, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Peregrine Systems. Prior to Peregrine Systems, Robert served in IT leadership roles at Scientific-Atlanta and Sprint and was a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse. 

   
 

James C. O'Donnell
Senior Vice President of Lodging and Real Estate
James was appointed Senior Vice President of Lodging and Real Estate in 2014, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Vail Resorts Hospitality and as the Hospitality division’s Chief Financial Officer. He has held numerous positions in the Company since he joined in 2002, including Corporate Director of Finance, Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Strategic Development. Prior to 2002, James specialized in the hospitality and real estate industries as an Assurance and Business Advisory Services Manager at Arthur Andersen.

   
     
Mark L. Schoppet
Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Mark was appointed Senior Vice President in April 2010. Prior to that, he was Corporate Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2009 and has served as Vice President and Controller since November 2005. Before joining Vail Resorts as a Consultant in 2004, Mark was Managing Partner of the Arthur Andersen Little Rock, Arkansas office, and has more than 20 years of public accounting experience.
